Your peace, joy, and inner happiness are engineered from the inside, rather than the outside of your heart, home, or your life. This joy is framed as a journey of self-discovery! My book allows you to learn to stay in silence. Sit within the darkness of your heart, with your soul, and then you can understand the true meaning of life-force, inner happiness, and contentment. This self-discovery can be achieved by learning and practicing Pranayam, breathing exercises. When you dive deeply into your innermost soul and breathe profoundly, awaken your potential and dormant qualities and boost your energy and peace.
